Confirm the designated coordinator, advise the Faculty, Department or unit arrangement and return one consolidated Enterprise AI survey. Each Faculty, Department or unit decides how to collect demand from its constituent units, where applicable.

Review central coverage arrangements, decide nomination and own-funding arrangements, consolidate demand from constituent units where applicable, identify priority use cases and nominate an optional ambassador. Survey, consultation and charging routes remain subject to confirmation.
