Not every user will receive every service.

Microsoft 365 Copilot assignment

Microsoft 365 Copilot Premium is assigned automatically to defined staff groups after advance notification and a three-calendar-day opt-out period.

Gemini access

Google Gemini Enterprise for Education is not assigned automatically. Access follows an application, nomination, batch activation or cohort request.

Course access

Where a service is required for a class, access should be arranged by the teacher, course or programme.

Learning and service access

Completing a course, training activity or other learning opportunity listed on this site does not automatically provide access to an enterprise AI service, API tokens or credits. Any learning-related eligibility will be stated in the announced conditions for that opportunity.
